My Apartment

I thought I'd share some pics of my my apartment since I will be moving soon. I have been packing, and realized I needed to take pics of it before I took everything down. You will see some boxes against the wall near the couch; so ignore those.
So here it is.... My Apartment Building (my apartment is the top floor on the left, in the pic.)
My Front Door

I took these pics as if you were looking around the apartment. You open the door to the living room, and starting from the left, you scan it from front door all the way around to the dining room, kitchen, back to the living room to my bedroom.

I found this canvas painting at Goodwill for $12! It's really beautiful!

Kitchen

When you enter the front door, this is what you see. I took this pic at an angle; not exactly from what you would see opening the door.

You go thru the hallway and the bathroom is to your left, and the other bedroom straight ahead.

This wall is opposite of my bed

My Future Birthday Gift

T here’s a great advantage for working at an Antique Mall!! Of course one of those reasons is that you get to enjoy all those beautiful antiques. Another is that you get a employee discount. Well, the one advantages I love the most is that you get to pick your birthday gift, and everyone pitches in to get it for you! Just the other day I was making an inventory for someone who was looking for Beatrix Potter figurines. There’s a lot of those, by the way! They are soooo cute! Anyway, while I was writing down the info of one I found, something caught my eye. Do you want to see it?!! It was a Johnson Brothers “Old British Castles” Teapot. I picked it up “ooing” and “awing” over it, and found a price that seemed too good to be true!! Well, I had to put it down, knowing I could never get it, even if it was a great price. Craft Fair and other news

W ell, it’s been a busy 2 months, trying to get all those yo yo doiles I wanted to get done before the craft fair.  Phew!  I didn’t get all of them done, but found out it was okay because it was not a busy craft fair. D ue to the mis-advertising done by our local newspaper, and 2 BIG football games that weekend, it was slow.  But even if I didn’t get to sell as much as I wanted…which I was disappointed…it turned out to be a great time with my friend, Lisa.  We spent some quality time talking about EVERYTHING under the sun, plus just talking about what God’s been doing in our lives.  Also, we got to know some of the other vendors and enjoy their booths during breaks.  I sure wish I got photos of their booths…but here are my favorites: ~ Angelica Herbs :  www.angelicaherbsoforegon.com (this site it coming soon) ~ Cupboard of Blessings :  www.cupboardofblessings.com   ~ Paupers Candles :  www.pauperscandles.com ~ Candle, Bath and Spa :  www.candlebathandspa.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~
